On March 5, 2016, Kanagawa, Japan, Ms. Yuna Hatai (4th grade student, Dept. Biotechnology, Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences) was awarded the encouragement prize for poster presentation in the 2016 Annual Meeting of the Kanto Branch, the Japanese Society for Food Science and Technology.
The title of the presentation was “the long term storage stability and the screening of antifungal substance containing in the natural cheese produced using the milk clotting enzyme from edible mushroom”.
