O.P. Jindal Global University, India, and University of Yamanashi signed the Letter of Intent

　On April 23, 2024, Vice-Chancellor C. Raj Kumar and six other representatives from O.P. Jindal Global University in India visited the Kofu Campus at the University of Yamanashi to explore possibilities for collaboration between the two institutions. During the visit, the presidents of both universities signed a Letter of Intent.
　 Established in 2009, O.P. Jindal Global University is a nonprofit interdisciplinary research institution. It has been consistently ranked as the top private university in India for three consecutive years in the prestigious QS World University Ranking 2023.
　 Representatives from our university, including President Kazuhiko Nakamura, Executive Director Toru Okuda (in charge of teaching and learning), Executive Director Xiaoyang Mao (in charge of global promotion), and Hiromitsu Nishizaki, Director of the Center for Promotion of Internationalization attended the meeting. Throughout the meeting, both universities introduced themselves and engaged in discussions. This is anticipated to enhance future exchanges between O.P. Jindal Global University and University of Yamanashi.
